We are growing across every layer of the stack. You will find and close the engineers, researchers and operators who build Voltspan.
What you'll do
- Run full-cycle recruiting for technical roles
- Source candidates in ML, systems, infrastructure and data centers
- Build a fast, respectful interview process
- Help hiring managers write clear roles
What we're looking for
- Experience recruiting engineers at a high-growth tech or AI company
- Strong sourcing skills
- Good judgment about people

- Recruiting for ML research or infrastructure roles
- Scaling recruiting through fast growth
Projects you might work on
- Hire ten platform engineers in a quarter
