Report a vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security issue in the Voltspan website or services, please email us with the subject “Security report”. Please include:
- What you found and where, such as the URL or service.
- Steps to reproduce it, and any proof of concept.
- What an attacker could do with it.
- How we can reach you for follow-up questions.
What we ask
- Give us reasonable time to fix the issue before you share it publicly.
- Only access the data you need to show the issue. Don’t view, change or delete other people’s data.
- Don’t run denial-of-service tests, spam, or social engineering against our staff, customers or partners.
- Don’t test physical security at our offices or data centers.
What we commit to
- We will acknowledge your report promptly and keep you updated as we work on it.
- We will not take legal action against research that follows these guidelines and is done in good faith.
- With your permission, we will credit you once the issue is fixed.
We don’t run a paid bug bounty program at this time.
